2. Confirm the offer

We review your details and contact you with an offer. Tell us about missing parts or damage before accepting so the quote reflects the vehicle we will collect.

3. Get ready for pickup

Provide the full address, including the city and postal code. Mention narrow driveways, underground parking, blocked access and wheels that do not roll. Remove belongings and have ownership documents ready.

4. Complete the handover

We confirm the pickup time and payment arrangements with you. Once the agreed checks and paperwork are complete, the vehicle is collected.
